Pam McGrath, Operations and Business Manager

As the Operations and Business Manager, Pam is involved in every aspect of a program’s implementation. She coordinates and manages staffing, reservations and staff instructions, to name just a small sample of her responsibilities. Pam’s team is the last stop in the review phase of a program. She checks, double checks and triple checks all programs to ensure the on-site success. Pam may also be seen on site working major shuttles. Having worked for Destination St. Louis since 1995, Pam is the glue that keeps the office running smoothly. Pam’s 20+ years of hospitality industry experience serves her clients and Destination St. Louis well. She came to Destination St. Louis after four years at Gateway Riverboat Cruises where she helped open the President Casino on the Admiral.

Pam is a St. Louis native. She graduated from Patricia Stevens College and got her start in the industry through hotel sales and catering. Pam is married with two children.
