This client event showcased Busch Stadium's exclusive Redbird Club as well as provided guests with behind the scenes tours of Busch Stadium, the press room and the home team's dugout. Guests were greeted by Fredbird and had photos taken as a keepsake. Baseballs were also on hand for guests to have autographed and take home as an additional momento.

The client needed our assistance planning all aspects a week-long program ranging from a multi-route city wide shuttle, all VIP transfers, staffing and registration services, décor and entertainment at their Opening and Closing Reception, as well as servicing their partners from different international regions with all on and off-site events, more than 18 each night, providing entertainment, décor, and transportation and spouse tour services.
